This is the first web site I have ever created so I thought
that is would be fitting if I designed this web site about
my family. I will also include a little information about
myself; such as things I enjoy, hobbies, sports, and music.
I would also like to go ahead and thank my family and
professor Sharpe for making this web site possible.
By the way this is me.

My name is Davis Romero and I am a freshman at Louisiana State University of Shreveport. I am 23 years old and have started school again after being in the work force for the past four and a half years. I have and still work at Outback Steakhouse, where I manage and bartend. When I am not at work, school or studying then I am probably with my friends. We do everything from going to see the saints play to helping out with the VIOLET run that outback sponsors every year.
I graduated from C. E. Byrd High School in 1998. I was in the magnet program there and finished with a 3.9 grade point average. I was also involved with the Key Club, Biology Club, Student Council and started the varsity football team for two years along with being a captain on it my senior year. I have a few hobbies as well as going to school and work. I love music, I even played a little bass guitar in my day, my favorite band is Taking Back Sunday, I will include a link at the end of my hobbies. I love playing football in any way, shape or form. I love watching it or playing it or playing it on a gaming console. I also enjoy weight lifting and putting together models. I will also include links to my favorite football teams site and the site where I buy most of my models.

My mom is wonderful always willing to give me a hand, not to mention a pretty darn good cook. My mom works with my dad, she is his office manager. She also helps manage me, I know I couldn't make it very long with out her setting up doctor appointments and the sort. My mother hails from Ontario, Canada. She met my dad in western Canada in the mid 70's. They have been happily married for 26 years. When my mom is taking care of me or the family she can be found outside doing yard work, browsing the internet or even helping out with the Meals On Wheels program. She is a wonderful lady whom always goes out of her way to put others first. I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world.

Tessa is the youngest of the three children, but is by far the brightest. She followed in mine and my younger brother's footsteps, going to C. E. Byrd High School. While at Byrd she was parliamentarian of student council, played midfield at la cross, and graduated 7th out 340 in her class. She enjoys just about any kind of music and loves those bachelor shows on television. She is now a freshman at the University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado. My
dad was born in Brookhaven, Mississippi in the 50's. He started working in
the oil field when he was 15. By the time he was 29 he went to Louisiana
to start selling insurance. Since then he has come to own his own
brokerage and real-estate company. The name of his company is Executive
Financial Group. My dad is a pretty reserved guy who likes to help out where he
can. He loves building things, you name it and he can take it apart and
put it back together. He does love play around with the computer, I'll
have to say he doesn't know everything about programming but he knows enough to
not have to always ask someone. On the other hand he can practically put a
computer (hardware wise) together from scratch. I have put a link to his
business website below. As a footnote he designed this website.
Dana is the tall one on the left.
My
brother Dana is the middle child, which whenever he gets the chance likes to use
to his advantage, just kidding. He is the 2nd of the 3 children and was
born in Ogden, Utah. He loves football, Dave Matthews Band, Cars and
anything mechanical. He also went to C. E. High School and played football
with me there for a while. He has since enlisted in the Army and is right
now deployed in Iraq. Dana is a great brother whom never fails to be
generous, the only thing he asks in return is that I leave his nice close alone,
(he likes to dress nice when he is off duty and not in a war zone). My
whole family and friends are wishing for his speedy and safe return from duty so
that we may once again get dressed up and go out on the town. Dana is
satellite communications in the army and graduated valedictorian form his
Advanced Individual Training. He is also qualified on a machine gun called
a saw gun, (not sure of the real name). I have included a link to the U.
